Our Manufacturing Process & Technology:
Spinning process is shown in the flowchart given below. Cotton which is in the form bales is fed to blow room followed by various operations like carding and combing depends on the requirement. The final yarn of required specifications are met through these operations and winded.
Raw cotton bales
Its pure raw cotton this which is used for making yarns.We also made yarn form manmade cotton(polyister)
4 Chamber mixier
Four chamber with three roll beater made in UK. its another machine to mix cotton which comes form blendomat after its mixing
Crosrol MK-5 made in UK Carding operation is done after blow room process. Blow room product is lap, after carding we will get carded sliver
Toyota FL-16 made in Japan.it converted fibers into low twist lea called roving. The sliver which is taken from draw frame is thicker so it is not suitable for manufacturing of yarn.
EJM 168 SKF Drafting PK 225.It maintain the required R.H and temperature in the whole ring department to maintain low hairiness in yarn. Cots, Apron and Steel rings of machinery is changed at proper time.
This is first stage where twist is inserted for making a yarn in spinning mill. The output of this section is roving which is wind on a bobbin and this is suitable for further process.

Moisturizing is compulsory for Yarn becouse it make flexible and stronge before Moisturizing yarn is dry n hard easy to broke
Lea strength tester
This machine works on the principle of dead weight and constant rate of traverse, this instrument registers tensile strength and extension at breaking leas of 120 yards or 1 meter of yarn in pounds or kilograms.
Uster Tester 3
The Uster evenness tester can get rid of the influence of man-made factors to the testing results, and it can quickly and objectively measure the unevenness of yarns
